Product Overview
Designed for placement on the inside of the freezer cold rooms or to
separate areas with positive and negative temperatures, with heating
variations of up to 70o (maximum +35o/minimum -35o), and where there
doesn ́t exist humidity control system.
Double fabric system with air warm chamber between them, which
guarantees the maximum thermal insulation and minimises condensation,
frost and ice on the door, guaranteeing doors proper functioning and the
operator’s security.
Canvas doesn’t carry reinforcement and they are reinserted in the
rails automatically in case of impact, which, along with the integrated
security items, ensure a secure and trustable functioning, facilitate its
maintenance.

Structure
- Available structure in the following materials:
- Galvanised steel.
- Lacquered Steel finish(wide range of colours).
- 441 Stainless steel.
- Steel shaft for rolled-up canvas, that slides over high-quality bearings, to reduce wear and increase the durability of the canvas.
- Rails are equipped with polyethene self-lubricating pieces for sliding which
let the canvas be guided, they limit dirt entry and guarantee better insulation. - Heating resistance integrated on rails.

- GFA Geared motor with electro-brake operating at 400V/3ph supply.
- Supplied cranking handle can be used in the event of power failure.
- A canvas of 950 gr / m2, made of highly resistant interwoven nylon PVC that prolongs the durability of the canvas, WITHOUT transparent PANELS VISION.
- Double fabric system with air between both of 200 mm.
- Treatment against flame propagation FR, self-extinguishing and U.V.treatment against solar degradation.
- Equipped with a zipper system which allows the canvas easily return to its original position in case of impact.
- The black base is completely flexible so that it does not get damaged in case of impact and that allows the door to be perfectly flush with the ground, even if the surface is irregular.
Motor
- Gearmotor with high-performance electro brake, operation 3×230/400V-50Hz, with manual crank release in case of power failure.
- Heating resistance in the motor guarantees perfect functioning at low temperatures.
- IP54 Motor, door equipped with standard engine cover.
- Maintenance-free motor with low noise level and position control by absolute encoder.
Heating
- The structure is equipped with a heating and ventilation system. Maximum Power 3,7 kW.
- Motor and Rails equipped with heating. Power 30 W/metres.
- The easily programmed control panel is made from high-quality material.
- Control panel by frequency shifter with inverter technology.
- 24 V DC power source for accessories with incorporated electricity stabilisation.
- Adjustment to limit switch from the control panel, this does not have to be done from the motor, so lifting gear is not necessary for adjusting.
- Speed: Opening up to 0,60 m/s – Closing of 0,8 m/s.

- Certified with CE marking according to UNE-EN 13241-1: 2004 + A1: 2011, the door is always equipped with the following:
- Transmitter-receiver photocells in the rails.
- Lintels anti-entrapment sensor or wireless safety line according to dimensions.
- IP67 Interior bottom box so the door can always be opened from both sides, preventing anyone from staying inside a room.
